If you see the message “User does not exist” while trying to log in to the Blueriiot Pool & Spa Assistant App, it usually means there’s a problem with how your email address was entered.

Important: Make sure you enter your email address without capital letters.

  • Example:myemail@example.com

  • Not:MyEmail@example.com

The app requires your login email to be written entirely in lowercase. If you use capital letters, the system will not recognize your account and you’ll see the error.

What to do:

  1. Close the app.
  2. Open it again and tap Log in with e-mail.
  3. Carefully type your email address in all lowercase letters.
  4. Enter your password and log in.

If you still receive the error after checking your email formatting, verify that you registered your account with the correct email address.
