If your Blueriiot analyser is having conductivity at zero or the temperature is negative, take into consideration the age of the probe and compare the results with test strips for the conductivity.  

• If the probe have more than 1 year, probably needs to have the sensors cleaned. 
• If the sensor have more that 2 years, probably is time to replace it for a new one, as the expected life of the probe is 2 years.
