Steps to change your email address
- Initiate the email change by contacting Blueriiot support in the chatbot by selecting the "Blueriiot app" option and then "Change email address".
- The bot will ask you for the serial number of your device, your current email, and the new email and will forward your request to an agent.
- The agent will confirm once your email address has been updated. Changing the email address usually takes 1-2 business days.
- To login with the new email address, enter the new address in the login window and click on “Forgot Password” to set a password for the new address.
