When facing connectivity issues with your analyzer, determining whether the problem lies with your phone or the analyzer itself is essential. This guide provides a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving such issues.

Initial Diagnosis:

Test with Another Phone: Start by attempting a Bluetooth measurement using a different smartphone. This step helps identify if the issue is related to your phone's Bluetooth connectivity or the analyzer.

Forcing a Restart of the Analyzer:

Should the problem not be phone-related, a forced restart of the analyzer might be necessary. Follow these steps to refresh its power source and potentially resolve the issue:

1. Preparation:

Remove the Analyzer: Safely remove the analyzer from the water. Ensure you're in a dry, clean space before proceeding. Detach the rubber ring and usage cap to expose the probe.  

2. Cleaning the Device:

Dry Wipe: Use a clean, absorbent cloth to remove any moisture or debris, particularly focusing on the area around the probe.

3. Disassembly:

Access the Battery: Carefully remove any adhesive tape and unscrew the upper part of the analyzer using a clockwise motion, as it is a left-hand thread.

4. Battery Disconnection:

Unplug Connector: Locate and gently pull the white connector attached to the red and black cable to disconnect the battery. Wait for approximately 10 seconds before reconnecting.  

5. Reassembly:

Check the Seal: Ensure the seal is properly positioned before screwing the upper part back on, using a counter-clockwise motion for the left-hand thread.

 Reattach the Rubber Ring: Reattach the rubber ring, followed by the usage cap.

6. Final Steps:

Return to Water: Place the analyzer back into the water.
